Mostly silent, visually distinctive film about a much put-upon young man (Denis Lavant) who goes to elaborate lengths to convince his autocratic, blind father that the dreary, dilapidated swimming pool they own is still popular with the public. When his greedy brother schemes to have the pool razed and sold off as real estate, the young man and a group of regulars band together to save it. With Chulpan Khamatova, E.J. Callahan, Philippe Clay, Terrence Gillespie, Todor Georgiev. Directed by Veit Helmer. [N/R
