The Cortez kids (Daryl Sabara and Alexa Vega) are official OSS operatives now, but they are frustrated by not getting any “good”
assignments. When Juni Cortez is framed for stealing a top-secret device that can shut down all of the earth's technology, he's fired from the OSS.
