A woman (Jennifer Lopez) working as a maid in an exclusive hotel in New York City while raising her young son, falls in love with
an aspiring senator (Ralph Fiennes), and he falls in love with her. The problem is that he thinks she's a guest at the hotel, not the maid. But they
