Arnold (the football-headed character from the animated Nickelodeon show) and his friends and family live in a small neighborhood in a city where a ruthless businessman has decided he wants to build another mall. Any hope to save the neighborhood is lost and everyone decides to sell to the greedy developer, except Arnold's family. Arnold discovers a sure way to convince the mayor that his neighborhood should be saved and with the help of his friends, they begin the search for a missing document.
