thumbs up

"A delightfully immersive CG fantasy from the animators of Happy Feet... Director Zack Snyder (300) has crafted the rare 3-D eyegasm that's worth the premium ticket price."

- Jeff Labrecque

thumbs down

"An unmemorable, frenzied, characterless hodgepodge that delights the eyes while numbing the brain...The humorless pomposity of Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole prevents anyone who wants complexity or continuity from taking it at all."

- Lawrence Toppman
